Accepting WebtokensCryptopay is easy.  Simply complete the vendor acceptance form.

The form is simple – Name – Email address, User name, Password, and display name.

Once you have been accepted as a vendor you will receive and email with instructions on how to set up your payment page.

All transactions are anonymous in that the person making a payment to you does not get your real name or email address. Also you don’t get theirs.  You will get the name they used when making the transaction and any short message they chose to include with the transaction.

Once set up you will have a webtokenscryptopay payment page.  We will provide you a direct link and QR code that you can use to direct people to that want to send you a payment using cryptocurrency.

The payment page is a very simple straight forward page.  You have the option to provide text and any picture you might want to have on the page.  A Sample page with text and a picture can be viewed here.  Many use this text to thank the person for their financial support.

The payment form is designed for your patron to enter in any amount he wants to send you.

When a payment has been made and completed you will received an email notification. Understand that crypto payments are not immediate. They can take up to 24 hours to process.

Payments to you are done by direct deposit on Wednesdays of each week.

You will need to provide us your direct deposit information. Direct deposits to your account will show up as coming from Web-tokens.com.

Payments are made in USA Dollars.  If you are outside the USA and don’t have a USA Bank account payments can be made to you via paypal.

Charge backs / Refunds  – with crypto all payments are final. They can’t be charged back or refunded.

You get paid 100% of the USA Dollar amount that your patron submits.  Payment fees are paid by the patron.

Taxes – We don’t report transactions, but this doesn’t mean that you don’t own taxes to your taxing authority. Tax payments are your responsibility.

There is no set up fee or maintenance fee for having an account with webtokenscryptopay.

It’s your responsibility to keep us updated with your current contact email address and direct deposit information.
